All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

We currently ship within the United States. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected. 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays or carrier delays. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. 

Damage or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damage or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date at zionhillfarm@proton.me
