Refund policy

At Zion Hill Farm, each Soap is handcrafted in small batches with care. 

Due to personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or  defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Zionhillfarm.com Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
